Who is Trip Out for?
Trip Out is for University students aged 18–24. Societies, sports clubs (including football teams), and friends from other UK universities are welcome.
What’s included in the packages?
All packages include 6 nights’ accommodation, return airport transfers (JMK ↔ accommodation), 3–4 hosted nights out (guestlist or entry; welcome drink where available), on-site crew, and digital guides. Pool Vibes guarantees pool access; Ultra adds the Boat Party and one table night (groups of 5).
How do payments work?
Secure your spot with a £79 non-refundable deposit. The balance is split automatically into two instalments (Pay in 3 total). Final balance is due 31 May 2026 for the June week, or 4 weeks before departure for the September week.
Are flights included?
Flights aren’t included by default. We’ll share recommended routes and times so you can align with the included transfers. A flight add-on may be offered if suitable blocks become available.
Can we book as a society or sports club?
Yes. You’ll get a captain link so each member pays individually while we group you together in shared houses. Group sizes from 20–60+ work well, and captain/ambassador perks are available.
Can I change the name on my booking or cancel?
Name changes are allowed up to 14 days before departure (fee applies). Deposits are non-refundable; other cancellation terms follow our standard T&Cs shown at checkout.
What is the rooming like, and is there a damage deposit?
You’ll stay in student-friendly Greek apartments with shared rooms (typically 2–4 per room). Each house has a damage deposit (one pot per house), refundable less any damages or fines.
How do you handle safety and nightlife changes?
Our crew provides 24/7 support, clear meeting points, and contacts for local medical assistance. Venue line-ups can change due to licensing/regulations; if so, we substitute like-for-like to keep the experience on track.
